Are you helping to build up others? John 8:12 says, "Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life". We are to be like Jesus--we need to shine our light and make someone else's day brighter. Some people think that if they share their light with others, their light will go dim. Some people will even try to snuff other people's light out. But your light illuminates even more when you share it. Something to remember as we're going into this Christmas weekend.
